Spring Loaded has Played its first Show in its brand spanking new line up. Guitarists Derek Spencer and Chris Boucher are still Wielding the Axes for the band, Calvin Vansickle is now our full time drummer, and our newwest recruit Nikki Trauzzi is on bass.

We celebrated the new arragnement with an intimate show/party at Nikkis house for a small invitational crowd. Right from the Opening of YOUR JOKE to the closer (NAMELESS) Pt. II the chemestry flowed and the audience was right there with us.
There are talks in the works of making an independant album ourselves at a local studio. We will make all new recordings of our songs that we already have, and there will be new material aswell.

The way we see this band working is a focus upon what rock is supposed to be all about, its not about drugs, its not about fancy clothes, its not about creating a trend or reviving an old one. The one thing rock is, and has always been about is having fun and rocking out. We are not going to forsake money. But Money is not the reason we are here. Being a rich and famous rockstar doesent make you a god or better than anyone else. The reason we make music will remain the same now as it always has. We Won't ever going to write a song with the idea "will the 14 - 22 year old market buy this?", it will be the same as it has always been with us, "Does this song rock?".
